Wed 8th May 19 A morning of torrential rain made it a non-birding day for me, and the lack of any reports from elsewhere makes me think it was the same for most people. Better luck tomorrow. As it happens a couple of people did venture out. John Hall Sea watch 1430 - 1530. Visibility good but little to see. 3 unresolved swans N, 2 Summer plumage Dunlin S, 1 Kes several Herring gulls, 1 LBB, 2 Black-headed, 1 Juv Gannet, 1 Common Gull, Pair Mallard, 1 Grey seal.
