Very little change around the site today with 8 Redwing, 3 Goldcrest, singles of Song Thrush, Greenfinch and Gt. Spotted Woodpecker and a few Goldfinch around the bushes, plus a couple of Stonechat along the front.

From the Hide :- 7 Greylag, 4 Canada Geese, 100+ Teal, 11 Wigeon, 3 Shoveler, 11 Cormorant, 156 Lapwing, 1 Avocet, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Water Rail,1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Kestrel, 1 Common Gull, 2 LBB, 3 GBB, Herring & Blk H Gulls,  40+ Swallows headed south. PRD/JH/MR.

Late afternoon Liz Huxley had 2 Short-eared Owls hunting over the grazing marsh.
