From the hide: 12 Canada Geese, 4 Greylags, 18 Shelduck, 8 Mallard, 2 Gadwall, 22 Avocet, 4 Lapwing (+1 chick), 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Redshank, 2+ Grey Heron, 1 Lt. Egret, 2 Buzzard, 1 Hobby, 1 Kestrel, a few Swallows, 3 Swift, plus the usual warblers etc. RJ/MR.

14:50 Early afternoon walk from the farm down to the Golf course along the footpath, female Tufted Duck on farmyard pond, Great spotted Woodpecker in trees were path meets golf course and 3 Swift moving slowly north.
