I managed a short visit to the hide this morning after having my grandson down for the week, the scrape was looking good and the Common Sandpipers and the LRP seen during the week were still around. Mike & Richard had a nice Southern Migrant Hawker beside the golf course (see Haven Wildlife page).

From the hide: 6 Canada Geese, 2 Greylag, 3 Shelduck, 14 Lapwing, 11 Avocet, 2 Oystercatcher, 2 Common Sands, 1 LRP, 200+ Blk H Gulls, 6 Herring Gulls, 1 Kestrel, 4 Swallow, 4 Pied Wags.
