Quick 6:50-7:30 around bushes 

9+ Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff, 5+ Blackcap, 3+ Lesser and 3+ Whitethroat. Few Swifts over.



A Chiffchaff was in the feeding station when I headed to the hide this morning, but the ringing compound and mounds were quiet.
From the hide :- 144 Greylags, 7 Canada Geese, 2 Teal, 8 Cormorant, 1 Lt. Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 18 Avocet, c20 Lapwing, 2 LRP's, 2 Dunlin, 1 Com. Sand, 1 BlkWit, 2 Curlew, 3 Kestrel, 1 Marsh Harrier, MR + 1 Wood Sandpiper, 3 Greenshank, 1 Med Gull PRD/JH.

A walk to the 2nd. pillbox added 3 Wheatear, 2 Whinchat (near the wooden hide) & 4 Com. Scoter (S). MR

This afternoon on scrape: 15 avocet, 2 dunlin, 2 LRP, 1 blackwit, 1 common sand, 2 common tern. Also 2+ willow warb in bushes; 1 whinchat + 1 wheatear near wooden hide.
