Wed 17th Aug 22

A good morning at the Haven today with Whinchat and Wheatear showing well around the wood piles with 5 Stonechat, Com. & Lesser Whitethroat, Linnet etc.

The scrape was looking good, just a few waders 1 Dunlin,1 Redshank & 1 Green Sand joining the 45 Lapwings is a promising start.

Pete Davis had a short seawatch and picked up a dark phase Arctic Skua passing the sluice and Richard and I finally found a Pied Flycatcher on the Feeding Station fence.
