Very quiet around the bushes this morning, same on the scrape apart from the GT W Egret that dropped in for a few minutes and seem to have returned this afternoon.
From the hide: 1 Mute Swan, 130+ Greylag, 4 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 1 Gt. W Egret, 1 Lt. Egret, Mallard, 40+ Teal, 3 Shoveler, 74 Lapwing, 16 Blk Godwit, 4 Avocet, 1 Snipe, 47 Blk H Gulls, Herring Gulls, 1 LBB, 2 Kestrel, 1 Hobby.

07:11 Early run returning along the Haven seawall at dawn (which was stunning - clear over the sea and a low film of mist over the marsh and gc). Seawall near raised tee - 3 Wheatear, Yellow Wag and Grey Wag, French point north to pillbox- 1 Purple and, 2 Turnstone. Offshore 2 Sandwich Tern south.

19:02 1530-1700: GWE (briefly—flew towards raised platform), Heron 4+, Teal 31, Greylag 120+, Avocet 3, Snipe 3, Blackwit 18, Lapwing 60, Turnstone 1 (sluice), Buzzard 1, GBBG 5 (sluice), Linnet 60 (flock circling arable).
