On route to the hide a single Oystercatcher was on the sluice, c 150 Wigeon, 3 Teal & 4 Shoveler were sitting on the sea close offshore.

From the hide : 1 Black Swan, 5 Mute Swans, c100 Wigeon, 100+ Teal, 21 Shelduck, 4 Shoveler, 1 Pintail (fem), 225 Lapwing, 16 Curlew, 3 Snipe, 2 BlkWits, 2 Kestrel, 1 Peregrine, 3 Red-legged Partridge, 1 Stock Dove. + 1 Water Vole (in front of the hide). JH/MR
