11:52 Biked around site today, nice and sunny but NE wind a bit chilly. 2 Ring Ouzels still with us for there 4th day, moved back down towards south end of golf course. 1 Female Wheatear also golf course.2 adult Med Gull along front,1 Whimbrel in with the 35 Curlew by entrance road. 1 Sedge Warbler doing display flights along channel that runs perpendicular from Hide. Scrape, 4 Blackwits, 15 Avocets, 2 Little Egrets, 40 Teal, 2 Gadwall, 4 Shoveler, 6 Snipe. Aground site, 4 Swallow, 3 Chiffchaff, 6 Blackcap, 2 Cetti’s Warbler, 3 Sparrowhawk & Barn Owl carrying a vole

18:26 Frinton-farm-gc (footpath)-seawall loop. C250 Woodpigeon in fields a notable increase, single Swallow over farm the only summer migrant, 2 Oyks on gc (no sign of ousels).
