16:18 Seawall walk from Frinton to sluice and back.  Golf Course - 3 Curlew, wooden hide - 3 Wheatear. Seawall Rocks - 2 Whimbrel, 2 Oyks. Sluice Bushes - 2 Whitethroat, 3 Blackcap. Scrape - Spot Red, Barwit, 6 Snipe, 3 Dunlin, 2 Med Gulls. Offshore - Fulmar and 5 Whimbrel north.

18:30 Cycle ride round site late afternoon fairly quiet until reaching the Hide which proved to be quite productive.
Scrape,1 Spot Red, 1 Barwit, 3 Blackwits, 7 Snipe, 4 Dunlin, 20 Avocet, 2 Curlew, 1 Sand Martin, 5 Swallow, 1 Male Yellow Wagtail, 1 Wheatear, 2,2nd Summer Med Gulls, 1 Wigeon, 20 Teal, 4 Gadwall & 4 Shoveler.1 Whimbrel on rocks along seawall and 5 Curlew on Golf Course.
