Early morning seawall run from Frinton to sluice and back.  Scrape 12 Teal, 3 Black Wit, Ruff. Steady trickle of Swallow and Sand Martin plus a couple of Starling flocks and 4 Siskin, male Stonechat by wooden hide.

PM visit to scrape 1530 : 12 Dunlin, 20+Avocet, 12 Lapwings, 1 Shelduck, 2 Cormorants, 60+ BH Gulls incl. 1 Juv. 1 Adult in Winter Plumage, 4 Teal  1 Ruff, leaving hide 16.35.
