A quiet morning around the bushes although Richard Jeffree did have a Woodcock (NFY) along the approach road.

From the hide: 7 Canada Geese, 3 Greylag, Wigeon & Teal, 10+ Shoveler, 6 Shelduck, 6 Gadwall, 30 Avocet, 30 Curlew, 3 BlkWits, 2 Snipe, 2 Grey Heron, 2 Cormorant, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 1 Cetti's Warbler (heard). RJ/LH/MR et al.

A Chinese Water Deer was on the marsh to the right of the hide, (see Haven Wildlife page).
