The highlight of the morning was the Peregrine in hunting mode putting everything to flight on a couple of occasions, but as far as we could tell unsuccessfully.

From the hide: c60 Greylags, 20+ Canada Geese, c250 Wigeon, c250 Teal, 55 Shoveler, 9 Shelduck, 6 Gadwall, 6 Pintail, 6 Mallard, 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Peregrine, 1 Kestrel, 1 Cetti's Warbler & several singing Skylark. PL/RJ/MR/et.al.
