The first summer GBB Gull J68CX was still on the sluice rocks with a few of it's mates this morning. On the scrape it was all about Avocet's with over 60 again today.

From the hide: 4 Canada Geese, 4 Egyptian Geese, 20+ Mallard, 10+ Shelduck (+17 ducklings), 3 Shoveler (+8+ duckling), 63 Avocet, 6 Lapwing (+ 5 chicks), 3 Redshank, 2 Oystercatcher (+1 chick), 3 Grey Heron, 3 Cormorant, 5 Pied Wag, 1 Yellow Wag, Reed & Sedge Warbler, Reed Bunting, Cetti's Warbler a few Swift, Swallow and House Martin, 1 Marsh Harrier, 1 Buzzard, 1 Hobby, 1 Kestrel, 1 Sparrowhawk. Plus a Muntjac Deer and the first Meadow Brown of the year. RJ/MR
