Tues 1st July 25

The island is slowly clearing of birds as the youngsters move off the nest site with the adults, some on the marsh to the right and some to Leon's Marsh. The only new bird was a Sandwich Tern that dropped in for a few minutes.

From the hide: 2 Canada Geese (+6 goslings), 2 Shelduck (+ 3 ducklings), 22 Avocet (assorted sizes), c20 Lapwing, 9 Curlew, 1 Oystercatcher, c150 Blk H Gulls, 1 Sandwich Tern, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel. MO'H/RJ/MR.
