Wed 15th June 22

A lovely morning with clear skies, and a warm breeze to turn the windpump, now back in working order and starting to moisten the scrape. The 2 Redshank and the Oystercatchers seem to have hung around waiting for the water to return, the 2 Herring Gulls are still nesting on the tern raft, 5 Buzzards and 20+ Swifts were over the arable and Reed, Sedge, Cetti's Warbler, Whitethroat, Reed Bunting and a few Swallows were all noted. RJ/MR.
