A few new birds on the scrape this morning with 5 Common Sandpipers, 2 Sandwich Tern (adult and juv) & 1 Whimbrel. 

From the hide: 25+ Mallard, 6 Shoveler, 2 Cormorant, 1 Lt. Egret, 1 Grey Heron, c30 Avocet, 5 Common Sands, 2 Lapwing, 1 Whimbrel, 1 Oystercatcher, 40 Blk H Gulls, 1 LBB, 2 Sandwich Tern (1 ad-1 Juv), Reed Warbler, Reed Bunting, and a few Swallows.
