08:45 Seawall run Frinton to French point 7.45-8.15.  Main interest in rocks between northern pill box and raised tee with 2 Turnstone, 2 Whimbrel, 3 Curlew (then flew to gc), single Common Sand and Wheatear whilst a juv Hobby came in off the sea close in front of me.
