06:52  Haven: wood sand still on scrape + great white egret west (probably in off).

07:19 Haven: Turtle Dove west over marshes.

10:23 Haven this morning: 1 wood sandpiper, 1 turtle dove (lovely surprise - my first record here), 1 pied fly (extremely elusive, in oak east of carpark, briefly at 07:45), 1 great white egret, 2 whinchat (north of bale field), 2 wheatear (bale field), 49 swallow (31 trickling south, most high), 3 chiff, 4 whitethroat, 2 lesser whitethroat, 2 willow warbler, 2 black-tailed godwit, 5 snipe, 3 green sandpiper, 1 ruff, 2 common sandpiper, 14 dunlin, 1 kingfisher, 3 yellow wagtail, 100+ starling, 2 grey heron (1 south), 1 great spotted woodpecker (north), 3 greenfinch, 1 marsh harrier, 1 green woodpecker, 1 fox.

12:55 Good start this morning with a Coal Tit in the bushes opposite the radar mast, on the scrape, the Wood Sand & Ruff with 5 Green Sands, 3 Common Sands, 45 Dunlin, 5 Avocet, 2 Black-wit & 7 Snipe, also 1 Peregrine, 2 Marsh Harrier, offshore 5 Sandwich Tern north, 1 Wheatear along the front.(RJ,M O’H, PL).
