08:58 Haven first thing: 1 garden warbler (dell), 1 coal tit (by sewage works’ gates), 1 corn bunting (over), 32 swallow (22 south), 1 grey heron (high south), 9 linnet, 20+ goldfinch, 6 reed warbler, 1 green woodpecker, 1 Cetti’s (singing), 1 grey wag.

Also in dell: 1 willow warbler, 3 blackcap, 3 whitethroat, 1 chiff (3 altogether), 2 lesser whitethroat, 2 greenfinch (4 altogether). 

Scrape/marsh: 3 little ringed plover, 4 green sandpiper, 3 snipe, 4 yellow wag, 8 dunlin, 1 black-tailed godwit, 3 common sandpiper, 2 teal, 10+ pied wag.

11:10 Scrape mid morning 14 Dunlin, 5 Green, 2 Common sand, 2 LRP, 1 Greenshank, 1 Blackwit, 7 Whimbrel, 20+ Curlew, 70 BHG, 1 juv Med gull and a few House martins through.
