Another lovely day and a good selection of birds, including a few birds of prey not seen for a while.

From the hide: 15+ Canada Geese, 2 Greylag, 10+ Mallard, 2 Teal, 34 Lapwing, 30+ Curlew, 12 Dunlin, 6 Whimbrel, 4 Snipe, 4 Common Sands, 3 Green Sands, 3 LRP's, 2 Blk T Godwit, 2 Oystercatcher, 90+ Blk H Gulls, 7 Grey Heron, 1 Peregrine, 1 Buzzard, 1 Marsh Harrier, 1 Kestrel, 10+ Pied Wags, 1 Yellow Wag, a few Swallows. On the way out a Kittiwake was picked up by PL heading N/E offshore PL/RJ/MR.

17:42 Feeding flock of Gulls just off the sluice includes at least 2 juv Arctic Terns and a Common Tern plus a couple of Med Gulls
