Wed 16th Aug 23
An early start for me this morning but unfortunately there was nothing much moving offshore, all the usual warblers were around the bushes but we couldn't dig out a flycatcher. Simon and Pat were ringing in the reedbed and had a Whinchat near the wooden hide.
We had a visit to the hide before heading home to watch the football, but it was back to the hide soon after lunch when Richard found a Cattle Egret sitting on the tern raft.
Record shot hopefully better to follow |
