15:36 Late lunch seawall run Frinton to mast and back. Several med to-Ing and fro-ing, Sedge Warbler singing just south of Frinton beach huts and a cracking male Yellow Wag on the gc on the way back.  Lovely to year tick PRD who had had a White Wag on the flood to the right of the hide.
