19:15 Seawall run Frinton to southern end gc and back.  52 Whimbrel, 2 Bar T Godwit (one a lovely sp male), 2 mer on gc, 3 Wheatear incl RJs bird, offshore/overhead Fulmar and 4 Sandwich Tern north.
