A chilly wind blowing in off the sea made it feel colder than it should have this morning,
No sign of much on the sea or around the sluice first thing.
From the hide : 4 Mute Swans, c150 Greylag, 8 Canada Geese, c100 Teal, c100 Wigeon, 12 Shelduck, 1 Shoveler, c500 Lapwing, 9 Snipe, 4 Curlew, 3 BlkWit's, 1 Peregrine, 1 Buzzard, 2 Kestrel, 1 Bearded Tit (fem).
Along the back hedge Corn & Reed Bunting, Chaffinch, Linnet & Yellowhammer. DW/CB/MR et al
Wash & brush up time for the Peregrine.
