Wed 8th Jan 20

A half hour seawatch this morning showed that there were still a lot of Cormorants and R T Diver offshore but not much else, just 2 Shelduck and 2 Brent were noted heading south.
Simon & Pat Cox had some nets up in the Ringing Compound and Feeding Stn. and quite a number of Gt. & Blue Tits were being processed when called in to see them.
On the seawall near the sluice 4 Purple Sandpipers were showing well down to a few feet at times and a Turnstone was on the sluice. 250+ Wigeon were sitting on the sea.
