18:24 Nice evening visit squeezed in- Scrape jam packed- Little Stint, 3 Ruff, 15+ Snipe, 11 Blackwit and a Wigeon amongst others. Looking perfect!!
Bushes alive with Chiffs calling, Grey Wag in sewage farm but the undoubted highlight was this Wheatear on the sluice Rocks, presumably fresh-in it puts some perspective into the migration these birds make before I grumble about the lack of ‘scarce and rare migrants’ and sent me home happy.
