A couple of hours around the bushes this morning produced very little, just 2 Willow/Chiffs was it for the migrants. Three Turnstone were on the sluice rocks and a male Stonechat around the moth sanctuary.

On the Scrape were: c30 Teal, 3 Shelduck, 1 Shoveler, 5 Cormorants, 1 Grey Heron, c30 Lapwing, 10 Avocet, 3 Snipe, 1 Common Sand, 1 Dunlin, 1 Golden Plover, 2 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel. PRD/MR/et al.

17:30 Couple of hours this afternoon produced Hobby hunting Swallows over SW. Kingfisher along sluice plus Med Gull along beach. Scrape: 7 Blackwit, 6 Snipe, juv Dunlin and 5 Avocet.
