Very foggy this morning, 1 Purple Sand, 5 Turnstone & 7 Cormorant around the sluice in very poor visibility, around the bushes good numbers of the residents but nothing special.

11:53 Early morning walk from Frinton to the Haven. Foggy first thing. 1 Rock Pipit, 2 Pied Wagtail, 3 Red-throated Diver south, 3 Stonechat (pair south of French Point which appeared to have been roosting in the reeds and 1 further towards sluice), 1 Fox, 1 Reed Bunting, 3 Meadow Pipit. Scrape empty
