All much the same on the scrape again this morning, but there is always something that turns a day into a special day and today it was a male Bearded Tit. Seen and heard 3 or 4 times during the morning it landed 10ft. in front of the hide and put on a great display.

13:20 Lovely morning out in the sunshine, made all the better with some cracking birds, a Male Bearded Tit, this one un-ringed, sat on top of the reeds right in front of the hide, down to 10 feet, probably three birds present. Red Kite soared low directly overhead on a walk to French Point, on the rocks there were 3 Purple Sandpipers Still plenty of Wigeon and Shoveler about from the hide & still 40+ Curlew 5 Snipe.(RJ,MR&PL).
