A cloudy morning with a brisk wind made the bushes hard work, so the hide seemed the best bet.

From the hide :- 2 Canada Geese, 16 Shelduck, 2 Gadwall, 8 Redshank, 6 Avocet, 4 Lapwing, 3 Com. Sandpipers, 1 BlkWit, 1 Greenshank, 2 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 8+ Swift, + Swallows, House & Sand Martins. PRD/TS/JH/MR.

A short seawatch added 1 Gannet (S) & 5 Turnstone, 2 Sandwich Tern (N).

The male Stonechat was again beside the TDC compound.
