Very quiet around the bushes today with just 1 Chiffchaff and a Cetti's Warbler from the raised platform and a Marsh Harrier over the arable. also a few Swallow drifting south.

From the hide :- 225 Greylags, 9 Canada Geese, 34 Teal, 8 Cormorants, 2 Lt. Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 110 Lapwing, 14 BlkWits, 8 Snipe, 1 Dunlin, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 BarWit, 1 Kingfisher (hovering over the scrape and plunge diving for several minutes).

A walk to the wooden hide added 1 Whinchat, 1 Stonechat, 2 Reed Buntings, 6 Meadow Pipits.

17:00 19:30 Tree Sparrow on sea wall north of boardwalk just flown further towards golf course dump area. Also 11 Stonechat, Whinchat and 5 Wheatear on seawall. 2 Barwit (gc) with 19 Curlew. 8 Snipe, 12 Blackwit, 2 Dunlin, Avocet, 4 Lt Egret on scrape and Marsh Harrier over.
