Late start this morning and quite windy, so hard work around the bushes but good numbers of spring migrants on site.

On the scrape: 2 Canada Geese, 2 Greylag (over), 10+ Shelduck, 6+ Teal, 51 Avocet, 8 Lapwing, 4 Redshank, 4 Whimbrel, 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Dunlin, 2 Grey Heron, 1 Lt. Egret, Reed & Sedge Warblers, Reed Bunting, Cetti's Warbler, 6 Swallows, 1 Med Gull, 1 Buzzard. PRD/DC/MR
