Tues 18th May 21

Lots of bird song around the bushes this morning, with Whitethroat, Lesser Whitethroat, Blackcap, Chiffchaff all in good voice, a Cetti's Warbler was joining in below the raised platform.

On the scrape were 44 Avocet, 4 Lapwing, 3 Redshank, 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Blk. T Godwit (limosa ?), 9 Shelduck, 2 Gadwall, 1 Grey Heron, 2 Canada Geese (with 1 gosling), 1 Sparrowhawk.
