From the hide: 18 Teal, 3 Shelduck, 3 Wigeon, c70 Lapwing, 7 Dunlin, 3 Snipe, 2 Curlew, 1 Lt. Stint, 1 Ruff, 1 Com. Sand, 65 Blk H Gulls, 1 Com. Gull, 2 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 1 Lt. Grebe, 1 Wheatear, Meadow Pipit & Swallows over, 1 Peregrine, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Kingfisher, 1 Stonechat. PL/RJ/SE/MR.

09:21 Spoonbill just dropped onto scrape.
09:22 Another Tree Pipit south.
18:39 Walk from Frinton to Haven and back this morning included: 2 Tree Pipit (south), 1 Little Stint, 1 Spoonbill, 284 Meadow Pipit (south + many others milling around or in off and heading west), 275 Swallow (south), 1 Blackcap, 2 Chiff, 1 Wheatear, 5 Linnet, 1 Sparrowhawk, 5 Dunlin, 1 Common Sand, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 12 Siskin (south), 17 Pied Wag, 2 Yellow Wag, 6 Curlew, 5 Reed Bunting, 1 Cetti’s (singing), 1 Guillemot (on the sea, drifting south), 2 Turnstone, 56 Lapwing, 5 Snipe, 1 Ruff, 2 Reed Warbler, 2 Little Grebe, 2 Stonechat, 1 Sand Martin (south), 1 Grey Wag (south).

10:14 Little Stint, Spoonbill still from hide.
11:23 Close Gannet off beach at sluice flew by twice close. Not full adult (nearly) black tips, yellow head.
