The wind was very strong from quite early this morning, Matt Lonsdale managed a few bits moving through first thing, (see below) + a Lt. Grebe was on the brook near the windpump.
From the hide:
14 Mute Swans (both groups still present), c200 Greylag (+1 hybrid), 6 Shelduck, 80+ Lapwing (on arable), 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Snipe, 2 Golden Plover (over), 34 Herring Gulls, 32 Blk. H Gulls, 3 GBB, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Stonechat, 3 Swallows, 1 Cetti's & 1 Water Rail (heard only). ML/MR

08:53 So far this morning- hours vismig. 15 Brent, 15 Barwit, 2 Wigeon, a Teal, couple of groups of Goldfinch, and a few Siskins and Linnets + the odd Mipit.
Scrape- Green Sand on Leon’s marsh, 2 Swallows.
