Mon 12th April 21

A nice walk for me on site this morning, 2 Chiffchaff were singing in the ringing compound and a couple of Red T Divers & Cormorants offshore, the scrape looked much the same as of late, I finally managed to see the Whitethroat in the hedge between the hide and the moth sanctuary along with several Linnets, a pair of Stonechat and a Cetti's Warbler, PL & DC had a cracking Wheatear (fem) in off the sea that landed near the wooden hide giving great views, but unfortunately couldn't be re-found  a few minutes later. PL/DW/DC/MR

Reports from today:

Pete Davis

10:21 Whitethroat on footpath between farm and Golf Course.
