From the hide this morning: 4 Canada Geese, 30+ Teal, 10 Shoveler, 8 Shelduck, 6 Gadwall, 3 Wigeon, 1 Garganey, 18 Avocet, 8 Lapwing, 5 Redshank, 2 Oystercatcher, 100+ Blk H Gull, 19 Common Gulls, 5 Herring Gulls, 2 LBB's, 1 Red Kite, 1 Kestrel. PRD/PNt/RJ/MR.

20:55 Brisk walk from Frinton to the hide and back via the farm this evening included: 2 Purp Sand, 1 Sedge Warbler (singing near wooden hide), 2 Cetti’s Warbler (singing), 1 Little Owl (back of golf course), 2 Meadow Pipit, 3 Pied Wag, 1 Green Woodpecker.
