Mon 22nd April 19

I joined Pete Loud shortly after he had reported a pair of Tufted Ducks on the brook by the hump backed bridge, the hedges in this area were alive with the sound of Common and Lesser Whitethroat, Blackcaps etc. and a walk along the brook to the 5 bar gate added Linnets and a Reed Warbler in the brook side reeds, a pair of Sparrowhawks were interacting together towards the bungalows.

Over the road was much the same as earlier in the week with 4+ Blackcaps, 2 Chiff's, 1 Cetti's Warbler + 1 Reed Warbler and of note a recently fledged Song Thrush.
Plenty of Blackcaps through the rest of the site to the mounds area where more Com. Whitethroat were seen along with the pair of Stonechat  PL/MR
