Not about today but it doesn't seem as though I missed a great deal.

17:00-19:30 this evening - nothing in bushes bar a chiffchaff and 2 Swallows by memorials. Hours seawatch produced 2+ Gannet south, 1 R T Diver S, 3 Brent N, 2 Oystercatcher S. then up at the farm - Mistle Thrush, Song Thrush and Green Woodpecker in paddocks. 6+ Red-legged Partridge and 1+ Corn Bunting in surrounding area.
Max had earlier had 2 Water Pipits on scrape. Overall a pretty dismal and cold evening considering the SE winds !
