Chilly and windy again today.

Around the scrape: 5 Shelduck, 50+ Teal, 24 Avocet, 11 Blk. T Godwit, 6 Lapwing, 5 Snipe, c4 Common Sands, 1 Wood Sand, 1 Dunlin, 1 Grey Heron, c100 Blk. H Gulls, 3 LBB Gulls, 1 Med Gull (juv.), 1 Marsh Harrier, 1 Kestrel, 1 Sparrowhawk, a few Swallows, Reed Bunting, Reed Warbler and a very showy Cetti's Warbler (PRD/MR). PRD/SC/SP/MR'

16:59 Farm/GC: 50+ Swallows, 32 Swifts & 5 House Martins. 4 Wheatears at the farm. Similar species & numbers of as yesterday on Scrape. Ruff still present this evening & Water Rail calling close to hide.
