Quite quiet around the bushes today, just the normal candidates, 1 Turnstone on the sluice rocks with the Herring Gulls.

From the hide: 2 Mute Swans, 4 Canada Geese (+5 Goslings), the hybrid pair, 27 Shelduck (+ 9 ducklings), 10+ Mallard, 8 Gadwall, 4 Shoveler, 19 Avocet, 7 Lapwing, 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Redshank, 1 Ringed Plover, 1 Dunlin, 1 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, Blk-headed, Herring and 2 LBB Gulls, Yellow Wagtail, Pied Wagtail, Reed & Sedge Warbler, Whitethroat & Lesser Whitethroat, Reed Bunting, Cetti's Warbler, 4 Swallows. Plus 1 Chinese Water Deer.

17:50 From pillbox.  Scrape area - 2 Greenshank, Wood Sandpiper - latter quite elusive on Leon’s.  Flood - Ruff, 2 Yellow Wag, Cuckoo. Offshore 4 Sandwich Tern and 3 Kittiwake (ads) north.
