08:24 Seawall run Frinton to sluice and back. Sluice - 4 Common Sand, cracking male Greenland Wheatear;  offshore -11 Whimbrel, 2 rp and 4 Turnstone north; seawall near northern pillbox - male Wheatear (appeared not Greenland); gc - 32 Whimbrel, 1 Barwit (f).  Few Linnet, House Martin and Swallow moving through; nothing notable visible on scrape/flood.
