Most of my morning was spent looking out to sea, after a quick look around the Dell area I joined PL & LD in the shelter and noted 50+ Teal, 1 Shoveler, 12 Golden Plover heading south, 2 Gannet, 2 Turnstone, heading north, 2 Fulmar close in front of the shelter and 1 S E Owl in off. also noted were a large number of hirundines mostly House Martin's & a lot of Swifts.  PL/LD/MR

During a short visit to the hide (where a single Common Sand was the only thing of note) 3 Skua's were reported as heading south including 1 juv. Long Tailed.

The continued sea-watch from the sluice added 42 Teal south, 18 Teal, 3 Gannet north and a Marsh Harrier that also headed north while gradually moving towards the land. PL/MR
