07:18 Tree Pipit just gone over the dell, 2 Pied Flycatchers, c5 Lesser Whitethroat, 5 Whitethroat, Willow Warbler and few Chiffs. Very Busy!

14:50 Had a ringing session in the reedbed this morning (see Ringing Page). Also noted 5 Ruff on scrape late morning

14:48 Good morning walking around with Matt, 5 Pied Flycatchers, 3 Willow Warbler, 6 Whitethroat, 3 Lesser Whitethroat, 2 Chiffchaff, 4 Blackcap and G S Woodpecker. Tree Pipit flyover (Matt only). Scrape was busy with Little Stint, Wood Sandpiper, 2 Green & 3 Common, 3 Dunlin, 7 Blackwit, 3 Redshank, 6 Avocet, 40+Teal, 2 Shoveler and all the usual B H Gulls and Lapwing. 2 Peregrine, Marsh Harrier and 2 Buzzard were in the air together. 1 Wheatear golf course, with 3 Yellow Wag flyovers. 7 Common Tern and 3 Sandwich offshore, 8 Dunlin & 3 Golden Plover south.
