Thurs 13th Aug 20

Headed straight to the hide today as Pete Davis had had a Little Stint on the scrape a bit earlier. On route a Stonechat was seen behind the sluice with Whitethroat, Linnet, Goldfinch, Pied Wags & Swallows

From the hide:

6 Graylag, 6 Shelduck, 50+ Teal, 4 Cormorant, 3 Grey Heron, 40+ Lapwing, 8 Avocet, 3 Redshank, 3 Oystercatcher, 2 Green Sands, 2 Dunlin, 1 Common Sand, 1 Lt. Stint, 1 Sandwich Tern, 140+ Blk. H Gulls. Also nice to see a group of 4+ Sedge Warblers in the brook in front of the hide. PRD/DC/JH/MR.
