Mon 14th Sept 20
Very quiet again today, the highlight of my walk around the bushes was 6+ Yellow Wags in with the cattle on the marsh below the car park, the only other bird of note was a Chiffchaff over the 5 bar gate.
On route to the hide a single Stonechat was on the mounds and a Lt. Grebe on the brook behind the sluice.
From the hide:
c170 Teal, 2 Shelduck, 6 BlkWits, 2 Snipe, 1 Ruff, 1 Com. Sandpiper, 1 Redshank, 1 Curlew, 5 Cormorants, 3 Grey Heron, 3 Buzzard, 2 Kestrel, 1 Cetti's Warbler (heard), 1 Wheatear. PRD/DW/BH/MR
