An early start this morning paid off with another good sea-watch yielding a Pomarine Skua (nfy) & 3 Arctic Terns along with a selection of other bit and bobs.

Sea-watch 06:00 - 08:30 1 Pom. Skua (07:30 n), 18 Cormorant (n), 4 Gannet (n), 1 Common Scoter (n), 10 Brent (s), 24 Wigeon (s), 5 Teal (s), 3 Arctic Tern (s).
From the hide:
2 Mute Swans, c200 Teal, 6 Wigeon, 4 Shelduck, c80 Lapwing (on Arable), 9 Curlew, 3 Dunlin, 2 Snipe, 1 Redshank, 1 Grey Heron, 7 Cormorant, 30 Blk H Gulls, 23 Herring Gulls, 4 LBB, 2 Common Gulls, 1 GBB, 1 Buzzard, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 2 Stonechat, 1 Cetti's Warbler (heard).
A walk to the farm added :- 2 Turnstone on the beach north of the sluice, 2 Stonechat, 1 Wheatear, and a Redstart found by Matt Lonsdale on the hedge between the Bridleway and Frinton Tennis Club.

Haven this morning- highlight a Redstart (on hedge that runs N from dung heap between farm and GC outbuildings), also in bushes 9 Blackcap, 5+ Chiff, 3 Whitethroat, 3 Lesser Whitethroat.
Golf Course- 1 Wheatear, 1 Peregrine
Scrape- 3 Dunlin, Redshank, 2 Snipe, 6 Wigeon.
Vis-mig- ceased as wind picked up c08:30. My totals- 46 Siskin, 4 Grey Wag, 3 alba Wagtail, c50 Mippits, 10 Chaffinch all N.
