Wed 2nd Sept 20
Very quiet all round at the Haven this morning, a couple of Yellow Wags were reported with the cattle north of the approach road, the large flock of House Sparrows were busy in the Dell and a few Lesser and Common Whitethroats were around the bushes with the odd Willow Warbler. A Short Eared Owl was seen briefly over the marsh being mobbed by corvids on the way to the hide.

Very poor today with just 5 Dunlin, 3 Ruff, and a Redshank of note on the scrape + 4+ Whinchat on the marsh to the right of the hide. DW/MR
