Once again it was blowing a gale today, but the only new bird blown in was a Yellow-legged Gull found by Pete Davis on the pools below the raised platform.

From the hide: 4 Canada Geese, c30 Wigeon, c20 Teal, 35 Shoveler, 5 Shelduck, 5 Gadwall, 36 Avocet, c20 Lapwing, 4 Snipe, 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Water Rail, 2 Med Gulls with Blk Headed and Herring Gulls, 4 Cormorants, 1 Lt, Grebe, 1 Lt. Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Cetti's Warbler (heard). PRD/DC/MR

A single Purple Sandpiper was on the sluice rocks MR.
